The purpose of ProCrea is the research, study, and scientific analysis of national problems in the social, environmental, and economic spheres. In order to find and propose solutions aimed at the comprehensive development of the country.

The purposes of the Association are the following:

a) Design and execute all kinds of activities aimed at collaborating in the reduction of the national problem in economic, social, and environmental aspects.
b) Research, study, and scientific analysis of the country’s economic, social and environmental problems.
c) Design, manage, promote, and execute activities aimed at solving the country’s economic, social and environmental problems.
d) Promote consensus and development of preventive activities with respect to the country’s economic, social, and environmental problems.
e) Provide specialized professional or technical services to any individual or legal person, whose objectives are compatible with the nature of the association.
f) Enter into agreements, agreements with any individual or legal person, national or foreign, for the fulfillment of the purposes of the association.
